Hotel and Customer Relations Regulation
Detailed provisions on hotel-customer relations are contained in the “Hotel-Customer Relations Regulation” (Decision of the Secretary General of the EOT No 503007/76, as amended by the Decision of the Secretary General of the EOT No. 535813/79). This decision was ratified by Law 1652/86 . This Regulation regulates the day-to-day relationships (mutual rights and obligations) of hoteliers and individual clients as well as tourists, who move into groups with organized tourism programs (packages).
